Glossybox Unboxing & Review* - June 2017

Hi Beauties!

Let's get right into an unboxing and review of this month's Glossybox!

Glossybox is a monthly beauty subscription service that features five luxury beauty products for $21 and free shipping.  There are 3, 6, and 12 month options that will each lower the monthly price by either a couple or several dollars.  The boxes include many lesser known brands and some well-known brands that we all love like Tarte, Benefit, Burberry, and Essie.

The Creme Shop The OMG Contour and Concealer Brush - $10
This is a really nice paddle brush.  It's super soft and the perfect size to blend out under eye concealer which is what I plan to use it for.  I was happy to see this product in my box this month.

Wella Oil Reflection Smoothing Oil - $20
This is a hair serum that has macademia seed oil, avacado oil, and vitamin E.  I look forward to trying this in my hair, hopefully it will tame my frizz and provide some shine.

Effaclur BB Blur - ~$10
This is a BB cream which provides oil-free coverage and absorbs sweat.  I don't love getting complexion colored products in beauty subscription boxes because they are typically not an appropriate color for me. Not to mention that I prefer full coverage foundations over BB creams.  I'll be passing this item along.

Bang Beauty Cream Color in Dolce Pink - $26
This is a multi-use product which can be used on the lips, eyes, and cheeks.  It's a beautiful pink with a tiny bit of gold.

Julep Lip Oil Treatment - $22
This is a nice clear lip oil.  It's super shiny and not sticky at all.  It would have been nice it this had a hint of color like other lip oils I have but I still like this product.

Overall, I liked the June Glossybox.  I'm most excited about the paddle brush and hair serum and I'll definitely get use out of the lip oil.

The total value of the items in this month's box is about $88, that's about 4 times the cost of the box which is a good deal.
