January Beauty Empties - Products I Used Up & Reviews

Hi Beauties!

Here's everything I used up in January!

Body Products

Bath & Body Works Cashmere Glow Shower Gel
This has become one of my favorite scents from Bath & Body Works!  It has a nice mix of peach, vanilla, and musk scents.

Tree Hut Shea Sugar Scrub Passion Fruit & Guava
This was a nice sugar scrub and lasted a really long time.  These scrubs are super affordable at Ulta when they are on sale and you have a coupon.

Haircare

Fekkai PrX Reparatives Intense Fortifying Mask
This was a nice hair mask.  I used this once a week and it really made my hair very soft.

Skincare

Clarins Toning Lotion
This was a nice toner to help me remove the last bits of my makeup but there was nothing special about it.  I wouldn't repurchase this.

Sephora Green Tea Eye Mask
I just received this in my January Play! By Sephora Beauty Box.  I really liked this eye mask, it gave an instant cooling effect to my skin and made my under eyes look a lot brighter.

First Aid Beauty Eye Duty Triple Remedy Overnight Balm (not shown)
My under eyes and lids are so dry and flaky lately so I'm in the market for a very moisturizing eye cream, I don't even care about anti-aging benefits at this point.  I really enjoyed this sample.  It was very thick and took care of my flakiness.  However after reading reviews, I decided to purchase the full size of the DermaDoctor eye balm.  I'll let you guys know how I like that one.

Haircare

Marc Anthony Argan Oil
This was a nice hair serum though I've tried better and I've tried worse.  I liked this but didn't notice anything special about it.

Makeup

Estee Lauder Double Wear
My holy grail foundation!  It's full coverage and matte, no other foundation I've tried comes close to the coverage I get from this one.  You can read my full review HERE.

Too Faced Primed and Poreless Face Primer
This is a good face primer and did make my foundation go on smoothy, but it's not for those with dry skin at all.  I was having a very dry skin day and this really brought out my flakiness.  I wouldn't purchase a full size of this.

Becca Backlight Primer (sample)
I was lucky that when I asked for a sample of this at Sephora they really filled up the plastic container for me so I was able to use this for weeks.  This is a very popular primer right now and I really liked it too.  It does give a TON of "glow" to your skin upon application but once I apply foundation that glow is gone which is fine with me.  This is a great primer for my dry skin.  I have a million primer samples to get through but I would consider purchasing this sometime in the future.
