Play! By Sephora January - Unboxing & Review

The Play! By Sephora beauty subscription box is $10 a month and contains 6 high end deluxe sized beauty samples.  Every sample included in this box is a brand that is sold at Sephora.  I believe that there is still a waiting list to sign up right now, but you can try to sign up on the Sephora site HERE.

The box comes with a booklet which contains fun facts about every item included in the box.  On the last page of the booklet there is a coupon which gives you 50 Beauty Insider Points with any purchase in a Sephora store.

Here's what was in my January box.

Living Proof Prime Style Extender Spray
You are supposed to apply this to damp hair before styling and it will make your style last longer.  I dislike the smell of Living Proof products and this is no different.  However, I'll still try it when I curl my hair and see how it prolongs the style.

Dr. Brandt Needles No More
This is supposed to relax the look of wrinkles and blur lines.  I don't think any topical treatment will work like Botox so I doubt this product will do much but I'm still curious to try it on my crow's feet.

Sephora Green Tea Eye Mask
This is a sheet eye mask that is supposed to refresh the look of the under eyes.  I used this and it felt really nice and cooling on the eyes and gave me a much brighter look.

Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Peel
This is a two-step facial peel treatment which includes exfoliators and retinol for brighter, younger-looking skin.  I've had samples of this and I really like it.  You definitely notice a brightening effect immediately after use.  This packet comes with three treatments.

Tocca Isabel Perfume Sample
This is a very strong floral perfume, I don't care for it.  Also, I prefer my perfume samples to have a sprayer and this one doesn't.  I won't be using this sample.

Clinique Chubby Stick Sculpting Highlight
This is a really pretty creamy stick highlighter!  It blends really nicely when applied to my cheekbones.

I thought the January Play! by Sephora box was good!  I'm excited for every item in the box except the perfume sample!

You can sign up for this subscription service  HERE.
