The packaging is so classy and simple. It is a gray textured material with a magnetic closure.
This limited edition palette contains 14 eyeshadows that are a nice mix of neutral and bold shades as well as cool and warm tones. It includes 2 mattes as well as metallic and satin finishes.
The quality of the shadows is good. Most shades are very pigmented, buttery, and easily blendable. There are some that do require quite a bit of building up for full color payoff, such as Metallic Plum and a couple of the sparkly colors.
Pink Champagne - rose gold with a titanium finish
Metallic Plum - dark plum with a metallic finish
Self-Made - deep bronze with a satin finish
Witchy - khaki gray with a sparkle finish
Blush - light beige with a duo chrome pink finish
Blossom - lilac pink with a metallic finish
Buttery - beige with an ultra-matte finish
Deep Purple - amethyst purple with a titanium finish
Treasure - ultra-light Champagne with a metallic finish
Hot & Cold - rum brown with a metallic finish
Sherbet - ultra-light peach with a velvet finish
Isla - sea foam green with a duo chrome gold finish
Spirit Rock - galaxy black with a sparkle finish
Hot Chocolate - rich, cocoa brown with an ultra-matte finish

My favorite shades of the palette are Pink Champagne, Deep Purple, Treasure, and Isla. Sherbert is a perfect transition shade for me and I like to use Hot Chocolate to define my crease.
I absolutely love the Anastasia Beverly Hills Self-Made Palette! It's such a great mix of finishes and colors and $35 is a great price for this palette. It is limited edition so if you have your eye on it, I suggest you get it sooner than later. You can purchase it from Ulta right now, and don't forget the current 20% off coupon!
