Today I'll be talking about Butter London's Bloody Brilliant Lip Crayons. These lip crayons feature a unique 3-in-1 formula: the precision of a liner, shine of a gloss, and full coverage of a lipsick. They are intensely pigmented and glossy.
One of the coolest things about these lippies is that there is a pencil sharpener built right into the cap.
I received all 8 shades, and will feature 7 in this post. You can check out my previous Butter London post to see the shade Ladybird which is a gorgeous tomato red shade. By the way, I love the British shade names!
L-R in the swatches below:
Tea With the Queen - light nude
Toff - red grape
Teddy Boy - rosy nude
Trout Pout - light coral
Disco Biscuit - bubblegum pink
Primrose Hill Picnic - tropical pink
Ruby Murray - deep berry
I love the way these lip crayons feel on my lips. They feel really moisturizing and creamy. They have a very subtle mint scent. These crayons are so soft that you should be careful when applying them. The first time I applied a few of these I actually broke the tip off!
Tea With The Queen was way too nude for my complexion, it looked a bit like concealer. My favorites are Teddy Boy, Trout Pout, and Toff. I also love the brightness of Primrose Hill Picnic.
I really love the Butter London Bloody Brilliant Lip Crayons! They feel soft and comfortable on my lips and they have wonderful color payoff. Not to mention the super convenient sharpener right in the cap. These crayons retail for $20 each and can be purchased on the Butter London website, Macy's, and Ulta.
