March Beauty Empties + Mini Reviews

TGIF beauties!  Here are all the beauty products that I finished in March and my thoughts on each one.

Hair Products

L'oreal Smooth Intense Polishing Conditioner
This was a good drugstore conditioner.  It softened my hair and made it less frizzy.  I'd repurchase.

Living Proof Satin Hair Serum
I loved this hair serum.  I applied it to the ends of my towel dried hair and it made my hair really shiny (but not greasy) and healthy looking.  However, like all Living Proof products, I really don't like the scent at all.

Body Products

Paula's Choice Resist Skin Revealing Body Lotion 10% AHA
I got this to treat the karatosis pilaris on my legs.  It didn't work at all.  It's a great general body lotion but did nothing for my KP.  I wouldn't repurchase.

Bath & Body Works Paris Amour Shower Gel
This was a nice smelling shower gel.  I think shower gels are a dime a dozen so I simply purchase them based on scent and I'd repurchase this.

Juicy Couture Perfume
This is the original Juicy Couture Perfume and I absolutely love it.  It almost smells like candy.  I still have a rollerball of it so I don't have to repurchase it anytime soon.

Julep Rock Star Hand Creme
This hand cream smelled amazing, very perfumey and feminine.  As a hand cream it was decent but nothing great.  I wouldn't repurchase.

Face Products

Mask of Magnaminty
I bought this because I heard it was as good as the GlamGlow masks.  Nope, not even close.  It IS a good mask that brightens slightly, but I still prefer to pay more for my beloved GlamGlow.  If you do or did purchase this, check the expiration date.  I bought this last spring and found out a few months ago that it expired last fall!  I actually only used it a few times and by the time I found out it was expired I used it on my body just to be done with it.  I wouldn't repurchase.

Maybelline Expert Eyes Eye Makeup Remover Towelettes
These makeup remover clothes were awful.  It does specifically state that it's only for washable makeup but even then, they were ineffective.  I ended up using these to clean up makeup swatches on my arms and I still had to scrub a lot.  I wouldn't repurchase.

Philosophy Renewed Hope In A Jar Eye
I got this as a Sephora 100 point perk.  This was a great eye cream.  I didn't notice any benefits except that it did a great job of making my under eyes feel very moisturized.  I have a million eye creams to get through so I won't be purchasing this anytime soon.

SoftLips Lip Balm Cube
I loved this lip balm.  It was very soft and felt great on the lips.  WAYYY better than EOS!

GlamGlow PowerMud Mask
This was good mask but not my favorite GlamGlow mask.  It did brighten my skin but not as much as the YouthMud or SuperMud.  See my full review of all of the GlamGlow masks here.

Well that's everything I finished up in the month of March.  It's kind of a bummer that I didn't finish any makeup but I have so much that it's shouldn't be a big surprise.  Have you tried any of these products?

Extras

I'm really hoping that spring will get going here in Boston.  It actually snowed here again this past weekend!

I can't believe that IMATS NYC is in one week!  I really need to start making a shopping list.  I can't wait to go with Tanya!  Is anyone else going??
