Now that the year is winding down, I wanted to share some of the best products I've discovered throughout the year. Throughout the week I'll be sharing with you my favorite products in several different categories. Today's post will feature my skin and hair product favorites.
GlamGlow Mud Masks - $69
These masks are hands down my favorite skincare products of 2014! They truly brighten my skin and make my face feel so clean. Read my full review here.
Moroccanoil - $14.80 (small bottle)
At this point I've tried tons of hair serums and none of them come close to how great this stuff is. Not only does it smell amazing, but it makes my hair look shiny, frizz-free, and healthy.
DryBar Mudslide Hair Mask - $38
This is the best hair mask that I've tried this year. It smells great and really softens my hair and makes it look super healthy. Read my full review here.
Olay Fresh Effects Shine Shine Go Away Face Cleanser - $7.29
This is a drugstore face wash and it's my favorite! It does a great job at taking off my makeup and rinses clean with no residue left behind. It almost feels like it could be a mud mask but it's just a cleanser and not the least bit drying. Read my full review here.
Murad Skin Smoothing Polish - $30
This face polish makes my skin look really bright. It's gentle yet abrasive enough to be effective as a scrub. Read my full review here.
Murad Rapid Age Spot and Pigment Lightening Serum - $60
This serum truly works for lightening the hyperpigmentation in my skin. Read my full review here.
Murad Intensive Wrinkle Reducer for Eyes - $95
This eye cream is pretty spendy but it's the only one I've used that I've actually seen results with. Read my full review here.
M-61 JetGlow Cream - $92
This is another product that lightens spots and retexturizes the skin. If you prefer a cream to the serum I mentioned above, then I really recommend this one. Read my full review here.
derma e Microdermabrasion Scrub - $29.99
This is another great face scrub. However, this one is very abrasive. I don't mind that but I know that many do. If you prefer a more gentle scrub, go for the Murad one mentioned above. If your skin can candle an abrasive scrub, try this one. Read my full review here.
Philosophy Fresh Cream Body Lotion - $17
This is a thick moisturizing body cream that smells like cookies. Enough said!
Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs - $12.99
Not pictured. This is a spray-on skin bronzer that evens out the skin tone of your legs and has a gorgeous shimmer. It's basically leg makeup. Read my full review here.
