Murad Acne & Pore Reform Products*

Today we'll be talking about skincare.  In case you didn't know, I recently became a Murad Brand Ambassador.  What this means for you is that I get to bring you information on the newest and best Murad skincare products.  Of course I will still be giving my 100% honest opinion on everything I talk about!

I'd like to introduce you to a few products from 2 lines that are geared towards the skin concerns of those with acne, the Acne Line and the Pore Reform Line.

Murad Acne Products

The Skin Smoothing Polish ($30) is formulated with Jojoba beads and exfoliates away dead skin cells.  This can be used 2-3 times a week.  I've used this product a few time and so far I'm in love!  Using the word "polish" in the name of this product is 100% accurate.  I will be posting a full review of this product soon so stay tuned.

The Acne Clearing Solution ($39) is a gentle formula that contains 0.5% Salicylic Acid.  This solutions should be applied twice daily after cleansing.  Murad says that 96% of users saw clearer skin in 3 days.   I was given samples of this product which I gave away to some family and friends.  I have heard back from a few of them and their reviews on this product are mixed.  My sister suffers from acne  and she didn't find this product beneficial.  However, friends who used it to spot treat pimples did notice some improvement.  I can't personally speak to the efficacy of this product since I don't suffer from acne but I will do a review if I use this to spot treat blemishes that may pop up.

Murad's newest cleanser for acne-prone skin, the Transforming Powder ($30), uses bio-enzymes to exfoliate and digest surface oil, dirt, and dead skin cells along with dissolving beads derived from Jojoba to smooth and soften the skin.  Adding a dime-sized amount of this powder to wet hands creates a nice foamy lather and it's just exfoliating enough.  You can use this product 2-3 times a week.  I love me a good exoliating scrub and I've really been enjoying this.

The Clarifying Mask ($37) is made with 4% sulfur which is a powerful acne medication.  This can be used at least once a week and can be used as a mask or a spot treatment for random pimples.  I LOVE clay masks, I feel like you can really see and feel how well it cleans and detoxifies your skin after use.  I've used this mask a few times and so far I really like it.  Again, I'll probably be doing a full review of this in the near future so stay tuned!

I'm currently giving away a month supply of the Acne Clearing Solution in my one year blog anniversary giveaway so enter HERE to win!

When Murad approached me to be a Brand Ambassador, it was truly a no brainer decision for me.  Murad is the country's first doctor-brand of clinical skincare and if there's anything I've learned from my years of using Murad products, it's that it's one of the few skincare brands that lives up to their product claims.  I recently reviewed their Intensive Wrinkle Reducer for Eyes and the Rapid Age Spot and Pigment Lightening Serum and both were amazing!

Have you tried any Murad products?  What is your fave?

*Disclaimer: I received these products for review, however all statements are 100% honest and my own.
