Frugal Friday - Maybelline Color Elixir Lip Color - Review

TGIF beauties!

Today's Frugal Friday will feature the Maybelline Color Elixir Lip Colors.   I'm not quite sure what took me so long to try these, but I'm sure glad I did!  The 3 I have I purchased separately over the past several months.

The colors of these lippies are very soft.  Even if I were to apply several layers, the color doesn't get much darker, it's just naturally very light.  This is absolutely not a negative, as long as you keep in mind that you shouldn't expect intense color payoff with these glosses.  These are a low maintenance lip color that are easy to apply on the go without a mirror.

I really love the Maybelline Color Elixir Lip Colors.   They feel so soft on the lips and almost feel like a balm.  They glide on smoothly, aren't sticky at all, and leave your lips super shiny.

These Color Elixirs retails for about $8-$9 depending on the store.  They are sold at Ulta, Target, drugstores, and anywhere that Maybelline products are sold.

Have you tried these glosses?  What do you think?
