Today's Frugal Friday will feature the Milani Liquid Eye Liquid-Like Eye Liner Pencil. I first learned of these pencils through Dani from Coffee Break with Dani. She uses it in almost all her tutorials and it's one of her faves. These eye liners retail for around $7 at drugstores.
I have these in black, blue, and purple.
These pencils are water-proof and smudge-proof and are supposed to be comparable to liquid eye liners in their smoothness and wear-time.
With Liquid Eye, there's no need to sacrifice a smooth, easy application in achieving that bold, liquid look. Color glides on effortlessly and stays in place for smudge-proof, long-lasting wear.
These are twist up pencils, they do not sharpen.
The swatches on my wrist above looked perfect after several hand washings. I finally got them off with some serious rubbing. You definitely will need a good eye makeup remover to remove this!
I can honestly say that the Milani Liquid Eye Pencils are amazing! They go on super creamy and easily without any tugging. I use these to line my upper and lower lashlines, my tightline, and my waterline. These pencils do not budge, even in my waterline which is extremely rare! I may even be so bold as to say that I actually like these better than my Urban Decay 24/7 pencils (and I LOVE my UD 24/7 pencils)!
If you haven't tried these and love dark, creamy, budge-proof eye liner, then what are you waiting for!? Milani is often on sale for BOGO 50% off so my advice as always is to wait for a sale.
Have you tried these eye liners?
