Urban Decay 24/7 Liquid Liner - Review

I bought the the Urban Decay 24/7 Liquid Liner in Sabbath during a sale they were having a few weeks ago.  I posted that haul HERE.

I was super excited to try this eyeliner since I LOVE their 24/7 eye pencils.

As you can see the tip is VERY thin and I've mentioned before that I'm not that great at drawing a straight line yet.

I don't have any eye shadow or mascara on in any of the below pictures.

Left eye - Liner looks good with my eye open

Right eye - Very messy with my unsteady hand.  If you get any of the liner on your lashes they will clump together.  Not good.

Left eye closed

Overall I'd say this eye liner is a bit difficult.  You have to be VERY steady and make sure not to touch your lashes with the brush.  Also before applying, you should wipe the brush against the side of the tube or else you will have way too much product on the brush.

It does last throughout the day and is difficult to wash off.  I have also noticed a bit of flaking through the day.  It's VERY minimal, for me anyways.  It definitely washes off flaky though.

I do like what my eyes look like when they are open and if I can draw a decent line.  However, this is so difficult that I don't think I'd re-purchase this.  In fact, I'm considering returning it since UD has free returns.  I must say, I'm pretty disappointed about this.  :(

Overall grade - B

  1. Like you I liked this liner but I didn't love it but I have super weepy eyes and if I wore this on my lower lash line the outside corner would be gone before the end of the day. Thanks so much for the great review I really enjoyed it. (◕‿◕✿)

    1. I can only wear waterproof mascaras and liners too or else they will run on me right away. UD 24/7 pencils are the best for my waterline but still run slightly. Have you found anything better??
